Very little. CEO Flow Systems is done-for-you. Outside of the initial onboarding call (where we get access, learn your sales process, and map everything out), your main commitment is a handful of quick check-ins so you always know where things stand.

We handle the heavy lifting: ad builds, creatives, CRM setup, automations, tracking, dashboards, and optimizations. Your role is to keep closing the leads we send your way, and to make sure someone on your team follows up with new leads fast. That's it.

Most agencies either run ads and hope they work, or they hand you a CRM that no one actually uses. We do both, and we make sure it all ties back to profit.
